[EN]Request Rules

Before sending a request to my queue, please confirm the following content!

First, since I accept both BN and Modder requests, please choose which type you are submitting.

🐈‍⬛ Requesting as a BN (Modding + Nomination)
🐈 Requesting as a Modder (Modding)
Please avoid expressions like "I'd like a BN request, but if that's not possible, please look at it as a Modder" >_<
I would appreciate it if you send maps you are confident in as a BN request, and maps you are still unsure about as a Modder request!
Even if you are listing your current BN status (e.g., "1st BN secured"), please clearly state the intent of your request as well! (Since people sometimes request a mod even when they already have a 1st BN, I won't be able to tell the difference x_x If this is not mentioned, the request will be rejected).

🐈‍⬛ Requesting as a BN
Before submitting a BN request, please check the following conditions.

The following 5 conditions MUST be met:
・The map must be in "Pending" status.
・There must be no unfinished parts (Ensure SV and GDs are all complete).
・There must be no obvious "Unrankable" elements.
・The map quality must be close to "Ranked" standards.
・You must list your current BN status in the map's description (This is to prevent 3 or more BNs from taking the same map; you may remove this after the map is Ranked).

Please check these 2 conditions when sending your request:
・If you are re-requesting a map as a BN that I have already checked as a Modder, at least 2 other modders must have checked the map after me.
・If your request is rejected, please wait at least 2 weeks before re-requesting the same map. (This rule also applies if you request a map as a BN, get rejected, and then try to re-request it as a Modder).
→ This is to prevent people from requesting the same map multiple times without receiving sufficient mods, or sending maps for BN requests just to "see if it sticks" when the chance of nomination is low.

Generally, for me to accept a request, the quality must be at a level where it can reach "Ranked" status after 1–3 modders (including myself) have checked it.
If you are unsure about the quality of your map, I recommend submitting it as a Modder request.

Requests that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
Since I download and check every map before making a decision, please refrain from asking for the reason for rejection via PM.

🐈 Requesting as a Modder
Modder requests are aimed at bringing your map closer to Ranked status, and I handle these more flexibly than BN requests.

However, please keep the following 3 points in mind:
・The map must be intended "for Rank." (If you want feedback on a map that is just for fun/Pendmap, please contact me directly on Discord so it doesn't clutter the queue!)
・If there are specific parts you want feedback on, please specify them in the comments.
・If you disagree with a suggestion, feel free to decline it! However, please don't just say "no"—provide a clear reason why.

🐾 Regarding Nomination after Modding
There are cases where I may decide to check a map for nomination even if it was originally received as a Modder request. (As a guide, this happens for about 5% of all requests).

This applies to maps that are already near Ranked quality, maps that have some issues but are worth ranking after improvements, or simply maps of songs I really like.

If I decide the map meets these criteria and is worth considering for nomination, I will ask you via the Discussion thread or PM if you would like me to nominate it. Please refrain from asking for a nomination yourself >_<

📌 Common Rules
The following rules apply to all requests:
・If you have maps I previously checked or GDs I made that are currently in the Graveyard, the priority of your request will be lowered.
・If you submit a request while previous mods I provided remain unaddressed, the request will be rejected.
・Requests lacking basic manners will be rejected.

These rules are in place to ensure that more resources are given to highly motivated mappers.

📌 Priority and Selection
If I receive a large number of requests, I cannot handle them all, so I will prioritize them accordingly.

Priority is determined by:
・Map quality
・Song and map style
・Workload (Length, number of diffs, etc.)
・Modding language

Also, priority will be lower if a Ranked map of the same song was recently released, or if I am participating in another mapset of the same song.

📎 Minimum Rules to Follow
To ensure the queue functions properly and communication remains smooth, please follow these minimum rules:

・You can send up to 3 BN Requests per month (Resets on the 1st of every month. Mod Requests do not count toward this limit).
→ This rule is to ensure I can see maps from many different mappers and to encourage you to send your most confident work.
・Please do not send requests via PM. If a request is sent via PM, I will assume you haven't read these rules, and your next request may be rejected.
・Do not send requests with empty comments or use inappropriate language/harassment.

Queueにリクエストを送信する前に、必ず以下の内容を確認してください！

初めに、私のQueueはBN/Modderの両方のリクエストを受け付けているので、どちらのタイプでリクエストを送信するか選択してください。

🐈‍⬛ BNとしてリクエストする (Modding + Nomination)
🐈 Modderとしてリクエストする (Modding)
「BNとしてのリクエストを希望するが、ダメだったらModderとして見てほしい」などの表現は避けていただけると助かります>_<
自信のある譜面はBNとして、不安な場合はModderとして送っていただきたいです！
BNの状況を記載（1st ~~ など）する場合でも、リクエストの内容も記載するようにお願いします！（1stがいる状態でのmodリクエストもあるため、見分けがつきませんx_x　記載が無い場合全て却下されます）

(コメントに直接記入するか、対応する猫の絵文字をコメントに含んでください！ 🐈‍⬛🐈)
また、私のフィードバックにも承認したリクエストに対応した猫の絵文字が含まれます。

🐈‍⬛ BNとしてリクエストする
BNとしてのリクエストを送信する前に、以下の条件をご確認下さい。

以下の5つの条件は必ず満たしている必要があります

・制作途中になっている箇所が無いこと。（SVやGDも全て完成済みにしてください）
・明らかにUnrankableになる要素が無いこと。
・MapのクオリティがRankedに近い状態であること。
・概要欄にBNの状況を記入すること。（3人以上のBNが同じ譜面を取る事を防ぐためです、Rank後は削除しても構いません）

以下の2つの条件はリクエストを送る際に確認をしてください
・私がModderとしてチェック済みのMapをBNとして再度リクエストする場合、私の後に最低2人のModderがチェックしている必要があります。
・リクエストが却下された場合、同じMapを再度リクエストするには2週間以上の期間を空けてください。（BNとしてリクエストしたMapが却下されて、Modderとして再度リクエストを送信する場合もこのルールは適用されます）
→ これは十分なModを受けずに同じMapを複数回リクエストに送信することや、ノミネートの見込みが薄いMapをダメ元でBNリクエストに送信することを防ぐためのものです。

通常、リクエストを承認するには私を含む1~3人のModderのチェックを経てRankedに到達出来るクオリティである必要があります。
Mapのクオリティに不安がある場合、Modderとしてのリクエストを送信することをおすすめします。

これらの要件を満たしていないリクエストは全て却下されます。
全てのリクエストはMapをダウンロードし、チェックした上で承認の判断をしているので、却下されたリクエストに関して理由などをPMで尋ねることは控えてください。

🐈 Modderとしてリクエストする
Modderとしてのリクエストは、MapをRankedに近づけることを目的としており、BNとしてのリクエストより柔軟に対応をしています。

ただし、以下の3つの点に注意してリクエストを送信してください。
・Mapはfor Rankである必要があります（Pendmapのフィードバックが欲しい場合、Queueに混ざらないように直接Discordなどに連絡を下さい！）
・具体的にフィードバックが欲しい箇所がある場合、コメント欄に記入して下さい。
・提案が合わないと思った場合、全然拒否しても大丈夫ですが「no」とだけ書いたりして拒否をせずに、理由を明確にしてください。

🐾 Modding後のノミネートに関して
私がModderとしてリクエストを受けたMapをそのままBNとしてチェックするケースがあります。（目安として、これは全体の5%程度です）

既にクオリティがRankedに近いMap、Rankedとして見る場合には少し問題があるが改善してRankedする価値があると判断したMap、……或いは、単純に私が好きな曲のMapなどがこれらに該当する場合があります。

Mapがこれらの基準を満たしノミネートを検討する価値があると判断した場合、ディスカッションまたはPMでこちらからノミネートを希望するかをお伺いします。そちらからノミネートを希望することは控えて下さい >_<

📌 共通ルール
以下のルールは全てのリクエストに適用されます。
・私が以前チェックしたMapやGDを制作したMapがGraveyardにある場合、リクエストの優先度は下げられます。
・私が以前チェックしたMapのModに未対応の状態でリクエストを送信した場合、リクエストは却下されます。
・基本的なマナーが守れていないリクエストは却下されます。

これらのルールは、意欲が高いMapperにより多くのリソースを割くために設けられています。

📌 優先順位と選定について
リクエストが多数届いている場合、全てに対応することは出来ないので優先順位を付けて順に対応をします。

優先順位は以下の要素によって決まります。
・Mapのクオリティ
・楽曲とMapの傾向
・作業量（長さやDiffの数など）
・Moddingの言語

また、直近に同じ曲のRankedが制作されている場合や、私が同じ曲のmapsetに参加している場合は優先度が下がります。

📎 最低限守って欲しいルール
Queueを適切に機能させ、円滑なコミュニケーションを行うために、以下のルールは最低限守るようにお願いします。

・BN Requestは月に3回まで送ることが出来ます（毎月1日にリセット　Mod Reqはカウントしません）
→より多くのマッパーの譜面を見ることと、特に自信のあるマップを送ってもらうためにこのようなルールにしています。
・PMを利用してリクエストを送信しないで下さい。PMにリクエストが送信された場合、これらのルールを読んでいないものとみなし、次回のリクエストが却下される可能性があります。
・コメントを未記入のまま送信したり、暴言等の不適切な言葉遣いでリクエストを送信しないで下さい。

About M4M (BN only)

In M4M, you can send maps without being affected by NM request cooldowns.

・If I reject an M4M request, a 1-week cooldown applies for the same map. (You can send a different map during this time.)

If I accept your M4M request, I will PM you to confirm which map you'd like to check from among the maps I'm recruiting for M4M.
